Reference: The partial label on the back with the address 144 Trongate, Glasgow suggests that the mirror was made by Alexander Finlay. He advertised as a carver, gilder, and looking glass manufacturer at this site from 1802-1820 (taken from the National Portrait Gallery website). See also David L.
