Provenance: Made for Joanna Hovey (1684-1762), married to Joseph Wadsworth, Jr., (1682-1778); to their son William Wadsworth (1723-1771); to his son Roger Wadsworth (1756-1810); to his daughter Mary Wadsworth (born 1779); to her daughter Frances Church (1814-1897); to her daughter Anna Blodgett (1836-1925); sold to R. H. Cole in 1918; by descent to his granddaughter Alice Poinier.
